Important information for a stay at Villa Gabriela

Hotel prices

Prices are quoted per room, per day in euros, including gourmet half-board.
Please note that our restaurant remains closed on Wednesday evenings during the summer season, and that the cost for this service has already been deducted from the total amount. A local tax of €1.75 per person per day is collected separately (from January 1, 2024: €2.00).

Surcharges

Dinner: €60 per person per day.
Single occupancy of a room or suite: An extra €50 on the daily rate.

Discounts

Extra bed: 20% off.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are ready by 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know by phone. On your departure day, the room will be available until 10:30 AM. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged.

Reservation confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit on our bank account. In case of cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded unless you’ve taken out travel cancellation that covers this situation.

Cancellation fees

For cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival, 80% and within 2 weeks of arrival, 100% of the total booked arrangement will be charged. The cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the room is fully or partially re-rented.

Travel cancellation insurance

To ensure you are not charged any cancellation fees if you have to delay, cancel or break off your trip due to illness or other justified reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Pets

€30 per pet (excluding food). Pets brought to the hotel must be insured as the owner will be liable for any damages caused to other guests or furnishings. Our beds are absolutely off-limits to pets. Excessive soiling by a pet will result in a one-time cleaning fee of at least €50, or up to the actual costs incurred.
