IMPORTANT AND USEFUL INFORMATION

• The prices are per person and per day with gourmet-half-board and are meant for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• For accommodation with breakfast buffet only (no dinner) € 10.00 per person and day will be deducted from the half-board price.
• Please note that from the summer season 2023 the kitchen will be closed on Wednesdays and that the cost of this service has already been deducted from the total amount.
• The rooms are available from 3 pm the day of your arrival. If you are arriving later than 7 pm we ask you to inform us.
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10.30 am.
• The Alpine Boutique Villa Gabriela is non-smoking structure. Ash trays are provided on the terraces and on the balconies.
• A reservation will be definitely booked once the deposit has been paid. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. The deposit will be withheld as cancellation fee, apart from when a travel cancellation insurance has been purchased according to insurance conditions. We are pleased to give you more information at the moment of your booking.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price of the whole reservation will be charged.
• The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the room in question is partly o wholly rented.
• The ground plans serve as guidelines and are therefore not binding.
• Single occupancy on request.
• Dogs: € 30 per dog (without food). Dogs brought along must be appropriately liable. The owner is liable for any damage caused by his dog to other guests or to the furnishings of the apartment. Our beds are absolutely taboo for the dog. Loosening a dog inside the property is not allowed. We kindly ask you to use the dog excrement bags which are located behind the house and can also be disposed of there.
• If your room should be dirty by your dog above average, we charge a one-time, additional final cleaning fee of at least € 50, - (or up to the amount of the actual costs incurred by us).
• The hotel bill can be paid in cash (in Euro, up to 1.999,99 Euro), with EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

• To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest you to take out a travel cancellation insurance coverage. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information. Anything can happen before you go on holiday. The cancellation insurance "Europäische Reiseversicherung " provides you with financial peace of mind. In accordance with EC regulations, late arrivals, cancellations or early departures could mean that you are charged a penalty fee. To avoid these costs, we suggest talking out a holiday cancellation insurance. The insurance firm covers these costs. We therefore recommend you:
• The following conditions apply in case of a renunciation of a travel cancellation insurance:
• For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge 80% and for cancellations within 2 weeks prior to arrival we charge 100% of the total booking price.

PACKAGES

• All prices are per meant per person.
• Flat rate offers must be booked in advance and only in accordance with Alpine Boutique Villa Gabriela.
• The services mentioned in the fl at rates cannot be exchanged.
• Services that have not been used will not be refunded.

VOUCHERS

• The vouchers are valid for a year from the date purchased.
• The extension, the payment in cash as well as the transfer of the vouchers issued by name is not possible.
• Value vouchers are not marked with an expiration date.
